Shipping

Please check your goods on arrival and do not sign for any packages that appear to have suffered damage during transportation. We make every effort to ship your product according to the estimated lead times provided at checkout. The estimated lead times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Bank (UK) holidays. Lead times quoted on the checkout page are for orders that are partially shipped meaning items ship as soon as they are available. If you have requested a complete shipment, please add 3-4 additional days for transportation and order consolidation processing. Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the lead time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead time changes, We will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate. Given the popularity of some products, we may restrict the number of such items that you may purchase. Any product limit restrictions will be posted on our website. This information is subject to change.

Returns Policy

If a product or item is found to be faulty or damaged on arrival the buyer must notify us by email (sales@tradesupply.net) within ten days of the delivery date and request a RMA returns form and number.
The product must be returned along with the RMA form and any other supporting paperwork to our distribution depot at the customers expense within 7 business days from the issue date of the RMA returns form. It is important to ensure the goods are returned to us with the correct paperwork. Any goods arriving without an authorised RMA form and supporting paperwork will not be processed and will be stored at our unit for the customer arrange for collection. Any parcels arriving to us with damage to the outer packaging will not be signed for and will be returned to the shipping agent. Refunds and returns will only be agreed once they have been received at our distribution depot. All parts and products supplied by us must be installed by a qualified technician unless informed otherwise. In order to process a return of a faulty item we will require a full technicians report to support the claim. We do not offer a returns process for second hand / used items or special "one off" order products or items that have been ordered in error or for "testing purposes". All products must be packaged in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that was shipped with the product. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fee's and insurance against loss or damage of goods in transit.
